MANY ARE DEALING WITH HIV/AIDS, MENTAL ILLNESS, OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
HIV INFECTIONS RATES HAVE GONE UP A STAGGERING 77% IN THE LAST YEAR ALONE.
YOUR SUPPORT IS NEEDED NOW MORE THAN EVER TO HOUSE AND FEED THE MOST VULNERABLE MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY.

We are mobilizing our Intensive Case Managers to get people off the streets and into care but we can’t do it without additional support from people like you, people who know where this is headed if we don’t do something now.
OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $50,000
The money raised will go directly to expanding our street teams which will help get 100 people off the street this Holiday season. That breaks down to $500 per individual – this will help us get them into a crisis bed, into care, and in a home for the holidays.
