IMG_8247Alliance for Housing and Healing is honored to be part of a new project that will provide much-needed permanent supportive housing in Long Beach.  With this special grant from the City of Long Beach, we will have 18 new apartments for chronically homeless individuals who have called the streets and shelters “home” for way too long.  Each client will receive intensive case management to ensure that they are connected to medical and mental health services as well as other supports that will ensure they remained housed.
